Conflict Transformation Workshop – Session 3 – "Who Am I In Conflict?” In-Person

Conflict is an unavoidable and normal part of life that impacts human potential. Understanding what conflict is and how to transform it by learning a few skills is the overall goal of this series of three workshops. By the end each participant will gain new insights and skills to transform the energies of conflict into stronger, healthier relationships. Each workshop session can stand alone so you can come for one, two, or all three! These sessions will be led by Jonathan Rudy, E-town’s Peacemaker-In-Residence, and will take place in the library classroom on the main floor.

In Session 3, we will focuts on a simple conflict style inventory that reveals how each of us responds to conflict. Developing a personal awareness of our preferred approach to conflict is the goal of this session.
