Conflict Transformation Workshop – Session 2 – “Communicating for Transformation" In-Person

Conflict is an unavoidable and normal part of life that impacts human potential. Understanding what conflict is and how to transform it by learning a few skills is the overall goal of this series of three workshops. By the end each participant will gain new insights and skills to transform the energies of conflict into stronger, healthier relationships. Each workshop session can stand alone so you can come for one, two, or all three! These sessions will be led by Jonathan Rudy, E-town’s Peacemaker-In-Residence, and will take place in the library classroom on the main floor.

In Session 2, we will practice a few skills fro defusing conflict through active listening skills so that you and the other person hear each other's needs. Practiciting "I" messages and reframing are the goals of this session.
