Conflict Transformation Workshop – Session 1 – “What is Conflict?” In-Person

Conflict is an unavoidable and normal part of life that impacts human potential. Understanding what conflict is and how to transform it by learning a few skills is the overall goal of this series of three workshops. By the end each participant will gain new insights and skills to transform the energies of conflict into stronger, healthier relationships. Each workshop session can stand alone so you can come for one, two, or all three! These sessions will be led by Jonathan Rudy, E-town’s Peacemaker-In-Residence, and will take place in the library classroom on the main floor.

In Session 1, we will examine the nature of conflict, escalation and how it impacts us personally. Reframing conflict with a transformation lens is the goal of this session.

Session 2, “Communicating for Transformation” will take place November 6, at 7:00pm, and Session 3, “Who Am I In Conflict?” will take place on November 14 at 11:00am.
